A 256 byte Temp Sensor serial EEPROM on board can be used to store module information such as timing, configuration, and density as well as monitor the module temperature and prevent the module from exceeding the maximum operating temperature. For lower cost of ownership, it offers low active (1.35V) and standby power consumption and comes backed by a Lifetime Warranty. Meets JEDEC MO-269 R/C D specifications.
