This is a perfect level computer for my Grandson just starting High School. Was easy to set-up and arrived in perfect condition. Amazing screen color and he is very happy with it. I did buy a gaming keyboard for this as the one that come with the AIO was too small, and the mouse was missing the Bluetooth for the connection to the pc. Other than that he loves it.

Better than anticipated. Been looking for a budget 17" laptop and all were $500+ with 8GB ram. Saw an Asus Vivobook at Staples at that price and specs. nice laptop. Googled it to review when I got home and found Tech For Less selling the same machine with 12 GB ram, open box for $374. I took a shot and was not disappointed. Box was still sealed and i saw nothing making it open box. I will for sure check here for my tech needs going forward.

This is the first time I had ordered from Tech For Less and I admit I was a bit wary as the price was cheaper than anywhere else for the new LG OLED TV I wanted. I needn't have worried. The ordering and communication regarding the order was good. Shipping was ok - longer than perhaps you'd get from Amazon or Best Buy, but only just over a week. Product arrived in very good condition after it's cross country trek. No problems at all. I'd definitely buy again from this company for sure.

I ordered an open-box returned laser printer (high quality, pricey Canon) from TechForLess. It was delivered quickly and safely packed. I set it up and it's working great -- like new (it is new) and at about 40% off the full price advertised even at a discount retailer. I will buy again from TFL. What is key is being able to trust the open-box/return retailer, and I trust TechForLess given this purchase experience.

Amazing! I bought the Samsung 65" Terrace Full Sun TV OPEN BOX. The best deal you could find, it works perfectly and came with all the original accessories and packaging. My first-class purchase experience with Tech For Less: I wanted a Samsung S95C tv. I called Tech For Less twice. Both times the phone was promptly answered by competent sales people who helped me place the order on a Friday pm. The price listed in the ad was the price I paid. My new tv was shipped within two hours, at no extra charge! It arrived by truck freight, on schedule. The sealed box was attached to a small skid and arrived in perfect condition. The tv started right up and has a beautiful picture. Happy ending!

Dell Vulcan G5 15 G5590-7679BLK-PUS 15.6-Inch Gaming Laptop I had a bit of trouble placing the order because the Paypal integration didn't work -- there was no "Submit Order" button to be found on the page(!). However, a call to customer service was answered promptly and resolved the issue quickly. As instructed, I took the PC out of my cart, they placed the order and sent me a Paypal invoice. It all worked smoothly, and the delivery occurred a couple of days later, exactly as described and in perfect condition. Very happy with the whole transaction.

TV is great - delivery service through AB Freight was one of worst deliveries I???ve ever had. They scheduled for afternoon (12-5), driver called day of delivery at 8:48AM said he???d be there within an hour. Called back AB Freight immediately as I was not onsite to receive delivery. AB Freight told me was an error on their part as it was clearly scheduled for afternoon. They said they called driver and would not be delivered until 12-5 window. Hung up & got a phone call at 9AM from leasing agent that driver was there. Delivery person was alone and leasing agent had to help with delivery. Be prepared - AB Freight has no respect for your time or delivery window, they???ll deliver when they feel like it. Expressed frustration and you could tell person at AB Freight did not care & was not going to address for the future.

These Sony WF-1000XM5 earbuds have worked great this past month. As good as new, but I purchased discounted earbuds that had been opened before. Satisfied with the gamble. XM5 surprising improvement over XM4 in modest ways. Fits better in my ear, better audio connection noises, better form factor. Same sound and microphone quality as XM4.
