Additionally, the HDMI converter is compatible with Intel® ThunderboltTM 2 devices that output a DisplayPort video signal. This adapter has an active conversion feature to make sure that it is compatible with any mDP output which is needed to maintain 4K resolutions. This adapter is backward compatible with previous DisplayPort revisions 1.0/1.1 with support for resolutions up to 1080p.
