The computer was placed inside a bubble type protector which protected the laptop very well. So well, that I was unable to find the opening. I turned it around and around, back and forth, looking for the opening and then I found it. The laptop slipped out and landed on the concrete floor. Fortunately, it works and there was no visible damage to the case; it landed flat. Whew! To avoid this, a simple marking to indicate the opening would have been very beneficial.
