Was an open box as stated. Box looked a little rough upon arrival(Bowed out). Trucking company was very nice- driver helped me carry it into the house to open and examine. Found the Tv to be in excellent condition all the manuals, remote controller, instructions to assemble there. Plastic film to protect from scratching on where should be. Customer service at Tech For Less awesome when ordering- said it will come with orginal box and it did. Worth the savings for the slightly damage box. I did tip the driver $20.00 for the help bring it in and waiting 10 minutes while opening and checking it out. Highly recommend Tech For Less- Excellent experience and save $$$$$$$$$$
