I received the delivery date well ahead and knew I would not be home that day. The items were still at Tech For Less at that time and I tried to get them to hold them for one extra day. Tech For Less refused. I tried to get FedEx to hold them for one day. FedEx claimed that only Tech For Less could delay delivery. So I missed the delivery as expected. FedEx stated they would try again the next day between 9am and 1pm. I waited available ALL DAY and deliver was finally made at 5pm. Tech For Less also would not let the items be delivered to a FedEx site where I could pick them up. I am not planning on ordering again from from Tech For Less as long as this is their policy. Again, the actual items are great. I have no complaints with that. Flexible delivery would have avoided all the hassle.
