I have been a Techforless.com customer for a very long time and I keep coming back. I do all the tech buying for my 5 person company I just bought a Dell Venue Pro tablet, and I got the product I wanted at a really great price. In my mind, buying the open box product is the way to go, and Techforless.com is where I go to get it. Period, 'nuff said.

Fantastic service! I originally purchased a notebook from Lenovo directly. Lenovo was unable to tell me the condition of their open box items and if anything was missing. Received the notebook from lenovo 4 days late and immediately sent it back because the notebook was badly damaged (the chasis was bent into a U shape and scratches all over). I decided to try techforless where I found an open box HP Envy 14. I called techforless customer service; the rep was able to give me full description of the condition and exactly how it would be shipped. I placed the order over the phone and no more than an hour later I recieved an email notifying me that my product shipped and its Fedex tracking number. The notebook came in the exact condition, packaging and time the sales rep promised. The experiance was fast, easy and overall great. It seems it's nearly imposssible to find customer service that is honest, knowledgable and helpful; however, Techforless fulfills this. I would absolutely purchase from them again and highly reccomend them to anyone.
