Fantastic service! I originally purchased a notebook from Lenovo directly. Lenovo was unable to tell me the condition of their open box items and if anything was missing. The notebook came in the exact condition, packaging and time the sales rep promised. The experiance was fast, easy and overall great. It seems it's nearly imposssible to find customer service that is honest, knowledgable and helpful; however, Techforless fulfills this.
