Unfortunately, getting two laptops as gifts for abroad turned out to be a very bad idea. At first glance, everything seemed okay and I was all packed up and headed home for the holidays. As soon as I gave the laptops as gifts turns out one of them had some software bugs which required a trip to the local tech store and a full re-format. In addition, the screen decided not to work at all (not even lit up) and I had to go through various options and online help with 0 positive results, turned out there was something wrong linking the monitor and the power button as well. The second laptop was okay but missed a few installations on it for some reason but eventually not that much of a pain compared the the first one. In conclusion, I don't think I will be ever purchasing or recommending anything from this site because my experience has been terrible so far.
